Joining the DCCU
You can become a member of the District of Canterbury Credit Union if -
- you live or work
- within the District of Canterbury,
- which is the area administered by Canterbury City Council
- - see map.
To join the DCCU you need to:
1. fill in an application form (AB)
2. bring the form, together with
- two means of identification and
- at least £5 initial deposit,
3. to one of our branches:
- Citizens Advice Bureau, 3 Westgate Hall Rd, Canterbury: Saturdays 10.00am to 12.30pm
- Whitstable Public Library: Saturdays 10.00am to 12.30pm
- Herne Bay Council Offices: Mondays 10.00am to 12.30pm
- Querns Road Community Centre, Canterbury: by arrangement. Phone the centre to fix a time on 01227 478958
- Northgate Community Centre, Canterbury: Thursdays 10.30am to 12.00pm.
- Canterbury Primary School, City View, Franklyn Road: Third Wednesday in every month (August 18; September 15; October 20, etc) 2.00 to 3.00pm.
